Terms and Conditions 1 Theatre-Online.com acts as agent for Albemarle of London. 2 All tickets sold are subject to the rules and regulations of the Venue/Producer/Theatre Management. Full details are available at the Venue The Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject persons subject to the rules and regulations of the Venue/Theatre Management. 3 Times stated are subject to change without notice and must be checked on the day of the performance in the daily press or by phoning our suppliers reservation office on 0870 240 2978. 4 Please check your tickets and check the correct seat numbers/admission numbers, dates, venue etc. mistakes cannot always be resolved. 5 Whilst we will do our utmost to contact you - either electronically or by telephone - in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a performance the responsibility lies with you to check performances will take place. 6 Tickets can not be cancelled once sold unless the performance has been cancelled by the Venue/Producer in which case a full refund will be processed.In all cases we will need the original ticket to be returned to our supplier:- "Albemarle of London, 5th Floor, Medius House, 63-69 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1DG" 7 In certain circumstances tickets can be offered for resale (this means we will try to resell your seats for you) if successfully sold tickets will be refunded at the nett rate i.e. less our usual booking fee. No refunds will be given without the original ticket being returned to our supplier:- "Albemarle of London, 5th Floor, Medius House, 63-69 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1DG" 8 Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause. 9 Theatre-Online.com, Albemarle of London nor the Venue shall have any liability beyond the selling price of the ticket. 10 These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. 11 If our supplier Albemarle of London is unable to deliver a confirmation E-mail to the address given and unable to contact the Customer by telephone Albemarle of London reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund in full any monies received by us for that particular booking.
